SuperDad Workouts

SuperDads need fast, time-efficient workouts they can do with minimal equipment in their home or gym. They need to be strong, fit, agile, and have the energy to run rings around their kids. This course contains a growing number of instructional videos showing you perfect form and execution to help you build your very own SuperHero body. Included are videos on how to take your own measurements, a PDF showing you how to take progress photos, and a demo of simple (not easy) strength and fitness tests so you can monitor your amazing progress. There is also a 5 minute yoga tutorial and a whole bunch of active games and activities you can do with your kids.
